MaxAllocation – Terms and Conditions

1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to your registration and participation in MaxAllocation, a private, invitation-only event organized by Falcon Seven UG, Krausnickstr. 2, 10115 Berlin, Germany (the Organizer).

2. Registration
Participation is subject to approval. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you meet the criteria set by the Organizer. Participation is limited to invited or approved attendees only.

3. Admission Is Discretionary
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission at any time if a participant's behavior is deemed inappropriate or misaligned with the event’s values.

4. Payment and Access
All fees must be paid upon registration approval and prior to the event. Access credentials are issued only after full payment has been received. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be transferred without prior written approval from the Organizer.

5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal and exclusion from future events.

6. Confidentiality and Off-the-Record Policy
All content shared during the event, including conversations and presentations, is strictly off the record unless clearly marked otherwise. Participants agree not to record, quote, or share any content publicly without explicit permission.

7. Force Majeure
The Organizer is not liable for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, or acts of government.

8. Intellectual Property
All event formats, materials, branding, and content are the intellectual property of the Organizer and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Photography and Video
The Organizer may document the event through photo and video. By attending, participants grant the Organizer a royalty-free, perpetual license to use these materials for event-related communications and promotion. Participants who object must notify the Organizer in writing in advance at m@maxallocation.com.

10. Liability
The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

11. Data Usage
The Organizer processes participant data to manage event logistics, communications, and participation. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
